School of Pharmacy Admitted Student Day

We feel fortunate to be entrusted with your goals–which is why we're ready with an education that's everything you need, and more than you imagined.  Admitted Student Day gives you and your family the opportunity to experience the School of Pharmacy.

You and your family will meet with faculty, staff, alumni and current student pharmacists as well as:

•    Experience a demonstration of SimMan, a patient simulator that allows students to learn in a controlled setting
•    Explore the School of Pharmacy Learning Pods that allow students to participate in small group projects and problem-based learning sessions.
•    Learn about unique experiential education opportunities and how Duquesne student pharmacists impact the surrounding community
•    Participate in a Q & A with current student pharmacists
•    Hear from Dean Jim Drennen, Associate Dean Monica Skomo, Assistant Dean Amy Woods, and Assistant Dean Jason Stack
•    Learn about additional resources and services from various offices including Admissions, Financial Aid, Residence Life, Honors College, Campus Computer Store and more!
