Honors College Application
University Honors College Application
The application deadline is April 1. Applications cannot be accepted after this date. Students who miss the deadline and enroll at Duquesne may inquire about applying to the Honors College during their first semester for admission beginning in their second semester.
The University Honors College brings together students from every academic discipline who are eager to ask big questions, engage deeply with ideas, and contribute to a vibrant intellectual community. Honors students complete a distinctive curriculum that fulfills University core requirements through small discussion-based courses, participate in a living-learning community, and have access to research, fellowship, leadership, and experiential learning opportunities throughout their time at Duquesne.
We seek students who demonstrate intellectual curiosity, initiative, engagement beyond the classroom, and a desire to learn alongside peers from diverse academic backgrounds.
Students who receive a direct admission invitation to the Honors College with their admission to Duquesne University do not need to complete this application.
